"Communities In Schools of Perquimans County has been an effective,
collaborative partner for the LEA. Through the efforts of CIS, the
school system has formed a closer link with individuals and
organizations in the community. This connection
is imperative for positive interactions to occur between students,
their families, the communities in which they live, key leaders who
provide the logistical and background support that provides the
foundation on which programs are developed and implemented, and the
school system. We appreciate the efforts of the Communities In Schools
of Perquimans County for their commitment to the schools and students
of our community."
